His progressive career started with fixing and flipping properties, up-scale home renovations and property management. Dirk and company own multiple income-producing residential properties and manage countless others for past clients and their referrals. He oversaw their $85M transaction volume, while personally completing an average of 20+ transactions per year. Brandon specializes in all types of buying and selling. As a Colorado native he has extensive knowledge in all that Denver has to offer. Brandon gained his love for real estate as a structural engineer inspector. Having work on many of the buildings that now top Denver’s skyline has not only provided him with a unique understanding of the growing Denver market but it has also given him a keen eye for spotting potential issues in his client’s homes.
Education has always been front of mind for Brandon. As a college grad he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Metro State College of Denver. Lourdes was born in Cuba and raised in the United States after fleeing communism with her parents and older sister in1965. She is a veteran of the United States Air Force after serving six years as a Medical Specialist and moved to Colorado in 2000 to open a restaurant in Boulder. Loving the outdoors, especially the mountains is what inspired her to move to Colorado. Lourdes left the food service industry after fifteen years to pursue a career in real estate and today resides in Arvada with her life partner and mini-pitti Cocoa. The three love to hike, snowshoe and travel every chance they get.
She hung her real estate hat with the Skyline Group of Denver in early 2020 and has been providing her clients with expert advice whether they are buying or selling a home. Assuring her client's interests, objectives and needs are met is Lourdes' greatest intention and goal.
